最近防疫 所以都宅在家裡
原本就有跑步的習慣啦
想說原本想買個便宜的跑步機或是飛輪代替一下
可是鄉民說
倒不如 找塊瑜珈墊 做TABATA 運動效果更好 會爆汗
接著就去查了

可以這樣子持續做下去嗎? 就動個半小時一個小時 來個大爆汗
