眾巨巨大家午安 問題有點多 下面條列式列出 有違反版規還請告知 不好意思
Q1:現在想買on的乳清但是產品分支好像很多,不曉得該如何挑選,有分離式、金牌、增
重 (想買巧克力口味的或是大家有其他推薦的口味,巧克力好像又分好幾種:奶昔 雙倍
薄荷)
Q2:桶裝的乳清開封後會因為常接觸空氣變質嗎? 需要冰冰箱或是怎麼保存呢?
Q3:乳清的使用份量、方式(可以用甚麼泡呢要泡多少??)及時機不太有概念 訓練完喝就好
? 使用乳清後原先三餐的營養成分須要調整嗎? 或是平常要喝更多水之類??
Q4:如何知道訓練量有達到使用乳清的程度嗎?(這個可能有點主觀 或許你覺得自己已經操
爆了但是客觀來看還不到力竭或是訓練程度還太低?!)
Q5:會憂慮一天攝取的蛋白質超過身體所能負荷
以上還請各位前輩解惑 第一次要使用乳清 可能有些問題太過基本 還請不吝指教
健身有一段時間了 跟各位比起來或許還很資淺 現在大四時間比較多可以訓練
未來也想從事教練 要努力再努力 167/60
