關於仰臥起坐的一個小問題 - 健身

最近晚上睡前都會做仰臥起坐
腳抬起來平行,然後身體起來那種,我不太會說
每次都做25下4組
我也不知道怎樣才正確 反正就湊個100下吧!
最近我發現我一早起來就跑廁所
然後吃完飯之後又想要跑廁所
一天大概要跑個兩三次
而且都是很急的那種
應該不是腸胃的問題啦
因為我上完都會輕鬆很多
我想知道
為什麼會這樣啊??.........
