hi.各位.我是開始運動兩周的胖子
從讀書以來到目前34歲.都有低血糖的問題.個人不吃糖不吃餅干不喝糖飲.無糖生活約三
年
目前面臨到下決心減肥但因容易彽血糖導致在飲食上不知道如何處理,簡單說就是說我很
怕餓.又容易因低血糖頭暈全身抖加無力.致使我都不敢吃太少.*正常吃飯*後約3到4小時
就會彽血糖.因為上班時候長12小時.就更不敢吃少...看過醫院跟診所都說不會怎麼樣.
但我想控制飲食.不能吃多又低血糖會發作.QQ
版上有跟我一樣困擾的朋友嗎?
目前身高体重168/112.一周3/4天快走至少1小時.在運動部分跟低血糖真的困擾
