的確是會有重訓的效果
但是當你的腹肌習慣這些刺激以後,這些都只能當成暖身
就好像伏地挺身對於剛開始練的人來說是重訓
但是對於那些上了軌道的人來說,1、200下也都只是暖身
肌肉要長大最重要的還是保持在高度刺激之下
腹肌縮腹運動一組大約選在25下力竭的重量
如果超過25下還沒力竭,就用手抱著重物做。
