關於副乳 - 健身

請問版上的大大,
小弟是男的....
之前因很胖108.8
因此有男性女乳症(應該算吧)
搞不好量一量有到B的程度
但後來開始健身+瘦身
現在95.2
但胸部一直是困擾
在健身房,一星期最多去七次(六日早上跟晚上都會去),最少四次,
每次都或練擴胸跟伏地挺身;
現在的成果,胸部慢慢開了,穿衣服也沒那麼明顯,
但副乳的部份卻很難消;
想請問版上的大大,
小弟目前除了減肥要持續的加強之外
有沒有什麼運動或重訓可幫忙減副乳的?
