自從看了中居大師說 美木良介的兩篇節目覺得有點讓人匪夷所思
一次只需花2分鐘 一天做3~5回 加上有另外一個慢走一小時的呼吸法
雖然我並沒有每天做 但這兩周做下來的感覺
比起慢跑 做這些感覺根本沒什麼效果 不像影片中飆汗這麼嚴重...
所以也更不用說體重跟體脂肪有下降的趨勢
而且他也說不需要改變飲食 平常做那套根本不太流汗了
實在很難相信這樣能達到減肥效果
是不曉得那幾位"演員" 一天到底是做幾回
但我的感覺 與其慢走一小時 不如慢跑還比較實際點...
