關於單次時間長短的效果 - 健身

大家好:
我想詢問大家每次做一個動作的時間是否會影響訓練的效果,比如說我做深蹲可以快速
起立和蹲下,但是也可以起立時慢慢起立,蹲下時慢慢蹲下。
目前我所找到的資訊只有這篇:http://tinyurl.com/mx6cexw ,其中下面的紅字提到
快速舉起然後快速放下的訓練方式訓練到的不是肌肉,當然還是會有肌肉
充血和疲勞的作用 (練到沒力),但對於肌纖維的強化比較沒有直接幫助。
而且,只注重於向心收縮部份的人,通常都會使用超過自己關節能承受的力量,
增加受傷機率。
因此想請問大家做各個動作時,所推薦的訓練單次時間大約是幾秒上幾秒下?
目前我所訓練的單次時間是參考:身體調教聖經這本書的奧卡姆計畫盡量5秒上,5秒下。
