關於囚徒健身裡第六章 深蹲的部份 - 健身

前三個動作,除了第一個肩立深蹲有點難度外,其他屈體深蹲和扶手深蹲,
好像感覺很弱..
第四到第六,是有點點感覺,可是還是不夠...
我在想"深蹲"這個動作在健身房訓練比較好,不太適合徒手練習,因為重量不夠壓迫
到底囚徒健身的這部份,真的有效嗎
