關於地瓜 - 健身

自從我開始早餐將饅頭改為地瓜後~
體重確實有往下掉個2公斤~
但是又停住了 = =
算了 這不是重點~
而是 的確雖然早餐吃了1大碗的地瓜(當然還有別的)
卻容易飢餓! 常常跑步跑到一半覺得自己血糖瞬間下降
雙腿無力~沒有辦法跑完50分鐘...通常在20~30分時開始出現這種現象~
想問問 改成山藥會比較好嗎?
聽說地瓜有的山藥都有!甚至山藥還更棒? 細金耶?
