跑步的狀況變好差.. - 健身

我一直都有每天去健身房慢跑的習慣
持續了一年以上
從本來跑30分 一直到狀況好的時候可以跑到55~60分(約8KM左右)
之前平均每天都可以跑40~50分不等
可是最近一個月跑步的狀況很差
常常跑到一半就左邊或是右邊腹部痛 或是想上廁所@@..然後就跑不太下去
我都會刻意在跑步前2~3小時吃澱粉類 所以應該也不是因為肚子空空的關係
還是說我應該換個運動了呢??
感覺最近每次跑步都有挫折>< 好難受
大家會這樣嗎?
