我想問一下我身高約154體重44左右,基代1119算正常嗎?
還有,體脂24~27飄來飄去
還是會不會太少?
我以前最瘦41kg 最胖50kg
因為我常常吃很扯或餓很扯
以前用很不健康的方式減肥,就是吃很少,可是後來發現我真的變溜溜球了
連吃很少也會胖,中午和人家一樣吃一個便當就可以胖了
一定要吃水煮菜才能小小維持,然後假日和家人吃個一餐好一點的就要用一個星期的
水煮菜方式才能慢慢瘦回來
現在的我是早上起來運動晚上回家也運動都約50分鐘
然後有吃多一點了,假日也吃很扯,可是隔天量都吃會胖0.幾公斤而已
以前是假日吃很扯我都有心理準備明天至少二公斤起跳了
所以我想我基代應該有變高吧,可是以我的身高體重1119這樣算差不多嗎?
