關於基代的一個問題 - 健身

大家好
第一次發文希望沒有問題
我是身高155 體重48的女生
基礎基代大概是1100-1200
加上輕度活動量基代大概是1400
有運動的那天基代大概是1600
如果以想減重為前提,以一個月瘦一公斤來說
每天該吃到的基代大概是要少吃多少卡?
是1200嗎?
因為很怕吃超過基代T__T
然後越減越肥
我知道7700卡=一公斤
只是一直搞不懂到底該吃多少卡才能一個月少一公斤QQ
目標是45公斤
因為一畢業就突然兩三個月胖到48
最基本的基本,希望自己至少不要吃過量
