關於增加重量的時機點 - 健身

請問各位每次要增加重量的時候
會在一開始(熱身不算)的時候就直接上最大重量
然後後面組數再持續下降
還是會每一組重量慢慢增加?
目前我在WG練的習慣是在一開始就上大重量
因為怕力竭時加重量會受傷
但一開始就上最大重量做完感覺力氣都沒了
有點影響做其他組的效率
有問過幾個練蠻久的朋友,但大家的看法都有點不一樣
所以想說來問問看各位都是怎樣選擇的?
