關於增重 - 健身

各位好, 話說小弟退伍後體重就一路下滑
前幾天和久未碰面的朋友聚餐, 還被說
「你怎麼這麼瘦?」 「根本只剩骨頭了吧」 (冏)
在家裡也是一直被叨唸應該多吃點多吃點...
身高:176
體重:55.x~56.x
體脂:剛起床:15~16 其餘時間:11~12.5
有爬文看到要增重應該要多吃加上重訓
總之不可能是麥○勞+洋芋片連發, 那麼我應該增加哪類食物的攝取比較好呢?
重訓應該加強哪些部位或者是隨意呢?
小弟平常沒上健身房, 要的話也只能選家中方便做的...
麻煩各位指點了 <(_ _)>
