關於增重的幾點疑問 - 健身

因為體質的關係,從小到大怎麼吃都不會胖(目前175cm、59kg),
但是最近真的想增重了。
已經看過了精華區關於增重的一些說明,
目前自己有在實行的,就是每隔一天,用啞鈴做一些重訓(沒有很多),
然後吃多餐,從早餐開始,大約每間隔三小時就吃一餐。
不過精華區中有一篇很複雜的,要算熱量,還有每餐的營養比例,
實在太複雜,沒有照著做Orz...所以我都是亂吃,反正就是吃很多餐。
想問一下:
1、一般情況下,一個月胖幾公斤算是較正常且健康?
我這一個月多,似乎有胖1-2公斤。
(狂喝珍奶那種的除外,我都是吃正常的麵包或飯之類的)
2、有什麼小撇步還能再改進的嗎?
