關於心跳過快的問題 - 健身

大家好,小的基本資訊
性別:女
身高:154
體重:60
年紀:30
今天開始進入健身房,想要減重、讓自己更健康
但教練說我的肌肉太少,脂肪又過多,就先讓我踩腳踏車
今天踩了30 mins + 15 mins
阻力約4,覺得喔~~~快不行了,就會調到阻力1休息個30秒
再調回3~4,看當時的感覺如何。
第一次踩完30mins 想到教練說,建議有氧運動要維持30分鐘,心跳130+
所以用了腳踏車機的手把測一下心跳 數字是190
爬文看了大家關於都在講,很喘很喘很緊繃的時候大概也才140~150
我騎了30分鐘+15分鐘,兩次是不同台腳踏車機
以前在別的健身房跑跑步機時,測出來也都一定有185~190
= =不好意思,敘述這麼多,想請問各位前輩
不知道這樣是否還算正常
假設用最通用的最大心跳率 220-30(歲數)=190
好像也還正常,但我其實我可以騎得再更快一點
那這樣我心臟是不是就要爆掉了.....
