關於慢跑這項運動.. - 健身

原PO是白天打工 晚上上課的夜校生
所以是利用下課後(約9:30)跑學校操場
但不知道學校真正關門時間
所以每次都跑10圈(大學操場應該是400百公尺一圈)
但是跑完10圈也不超過30分鐘
這樣是不是不好?
