關於我一天可以攝取的熱量 - 減肥

大家好,
我利用公式算出了我的基礎代謝率是1439卡,
我平常有運動的習慣,受傷以前一個禮拜至少運動5天,
大致上是單車(一次60~100km,2~4小時)跟慢跑(一次6KM 43分),
受傷後好一陣子沒運動變胖很多,半年的時間大概胖了快10公斤,
現在傷好了可以運動了,但變的運動量減少很多,
大概是假日兩天會騎單車200km左右,
最近實在胖的太離譜,想加重運動量,
平常日我想再加上三天跑步,每次約43分鐘6KM,
請問我一天能吃的熱量到底要吃多少呢?
看了版上的文章大家說要減肥一定要吃比基礎代謝率高上2.3百,
但是我剛剛用了http://www.scpo.nccu.edu.tw/show/part1/b/B2/cal.htm
這個網站算出來的結果,他卻跟我說我只能吃1372.5卡???
我知道吃是很重要的一環,
我平常愛吃美食,雖然吃不多但是出現高熱量食物的機率很高,
我是個愛運動的女生,卻一直飽受肥胖之苦,
騎車三年多了體重也是一直上上下下,最瘦到最胖的差距有15KG,
現在的體重應該是我最巔峰的時期吧...
我覺得我在吃上面一定有了啥致命性的錯誤...
可以請大家幫我看看我到底能怎麼吃嗎?
到底像我這樣運動量不算少一天能吃幾卡呢?
