早上晨浴前先做仰臥跟伏地 (目標100下)
上課前早餐 蛋餅一份
中餐 便當或16顆水餃
下午W1 w3 會看鄭多燕的跳1hr
W5 搖呼啦圈 原地跑各30分
其它時間休息
晚飯 w1~4 喝米漿
W5~日 小碗飯配一些青菜
我目前170cm 84kg 因為最近血壓高的有些誇張 所以有減肥的打算
請各位幫我看一下這樣的行程ok嗎
另外我該瘦到幾公斤比較可以?
