小弟健身大約一年了 從一開始臥推只能30KG到現在自由槓平胸可以80KG 8下
感覺胸肌也厚實蠻多了

但練久後遇到個問題 因為之前都只做平胸跟上胸 下胸跟夾胸都忽略掉
直到最近才開始狂練 但是平胸跟上胸若是推很重完(例如平胸朋友幫補推100KG)
我下胸跟夾胸便會很沒力練不到幾組也做不了太重 撐雙槓更是撐的有心無力
不知道我現在練胸是否該先暫時不練平胸跟上胸專練下胸跟夾胸練到沒力
還是平胸跟上胸就都先練熱身的重量就好 然後下胸跟夾胸做重跟多組一點
請各位大大們給點建議吧 謝謝
