關於手腕 - 健身

我不太喜歡做機器,大部分都用啞鈴及自由重量
再做動作的時候也盡量注意手腕是否有彎曲副重
但最近右手腕(先前有摔傷過),時常很痛
最近是痛的不得了,能否有前輩能提醒幾個要點
(其實是想問護具到底有沒有必要)

連騎車都會痛
