關於拉筋的問題 - 健身

小弟平常有在打球,所以拉拉筋熱熱身是一定會的
可是一直有的疑問,從過去拉到現在卻沒有顯著的進步
我很想把身體筋拉到很開,可是卻沒辦法
久沒運動突然拉也和常拉差不多,所以我想請問大家
過去至今我都想突破自己,因為有人說筋要軟一點比較不會受傷
可是我一直沒有辦法突破阿,我想和瑜珈的一樣可以輕鬆摸地板
還是需要有人幫忙呢? 我還有個疑問 有時候我拉筋太用力
會感覺胃會抽筋耶!!! 有人和我一樣有這種煩惱嗎?
