關於拉肚子 - 健身

今天白天跟台灣同鄉會去烤肉野餐
可能吃到不乾淨的肉, 回來拉的不亦樂乎
因為這幾周我有在控制每天進食的總熱量(抓個大概而以)
所以突發奇想想到這個問題:
如果我吃300公克的烤肉, 然後拉肚子
那這300克肉所含的養份熱量會被身體吸收嗎? 還是說都拉掉了?
雖然以前健康教育有教腸子會吸收養分
但是老師沒有說像烙賽這種特急件腸子會不會吸收
