小魯健身新手有兩個問題想問版上的巨巨
因為本身有在打籃球,想靠健身增加爆發力跟跳躍力
1.看到有人深蹲負重 起來的時候會跳一下,看起來感覺腳就會炸裂的感覺
這是正確的嗎? 對跳躍力的增加效果好嗎?
2.小腿舉踵,對於跳躍力會有顯著的增加嗎?
以上兩個簡單的問題 希望各位巨巨為我解答
此外也可以提供我 在健身房一些可以提升跳躍力的項目 越基本越好
