關於極低熱量飲食的實驗 - 健身

看了不少關於營養學的文章,以前自己實驗過一些,但覺得要吃到所謂
"足夠"的量,一般人根本沒那個閒工夫(例如鈣質一天一千毫克)。
另外就是,我也不信那些很健康或長壽的人都是因為真的有吃到那麼多
才健康長壽。
反而還有些醫院做極低飲食熱量來逆轉疾病的實驗。
有人做過這種實驗嗎?
極低熱量飲食(一天八百以內),而且還偏食,例如只吃五穀雜糧,不吃動
物性蛋白、不吃菜、不吃甜、不吃冰,甚至水也喝很少,長達半年之類的?
純粹好奇,現代營養學是不是用商業價值堆砌起來的。
有人有做過此類相關實驗嗎?
