各位鄉民們,我是原po,
昨天有去醫院看過骨科,也照過 X 光,
醫生說我沒有骨盆前傾的問題,是正常範圍。
而且醫生還說沒有骨盆前傾這個詞,那叫做美人腰,但我還沒到美人腰的標準,沒那麼彎
。
我還給醫生看我拍的照片,有點丟臉=.=
醫生說照片,我故意挺肚子……
那天發文的照片是剛吃很飽拍的,

發文完有鄉民跟我說,他以前跟我有點像。
後來做瑜珈調整身形,有點用。
有去詢問瑜珈課了,一堂150而已,好像也不貴可以考慮
請問也有其他鄉民這樣嗎?
請問我該怎麼做比較好呢?
一邊重訓一邊瑜伽?
目前的運動就是快走兼慢跑40分+核心運動20.30分。
