前幾天去康士美測的體脂資料,
測完覺得康士美體脂計是不是不準,
肚子大成這樣,體脂24而已。
以前沒有運動的習慣,
大概三個禮拜前開始運動,
因為想消掉肚子上的肥肉,穿上比基尼拍照,
現在這肚子穿上比基尼超醜的......
我的四肢都瘦瘦的,唯有肚子非常大,
很不符合比例,可能就是俗稱的泡芙人吧?!
肚子在我的印象裡大概從國中的時候就跟我到現在,
但家人說我從小就這樣,因為脊椎比別人凹的關係,
所以從小感覺就很像挺著肚子。

我的飲食
早餐:香蕉+茶葉蛋or水煮蛋+7-11無糖豆漿

午餐:青菜+雞胸肉75~100g+地瓜

晚餐:自助餐菜肉+地瓜 or 地瓜+青菜 or 7-11沙拉

運動每個禮拜5.6天,一天總共運動1小時~1小時半
每次在跑步機上快走穿插慢跑40分鐘,
大部分都快走,因為跑步機有調坡度,跑步超累,
希望會慢慢增加跑步時間。
加上有氧運動、HIT或是瘦肚運動20.30分,
大概就是周六野系列的的↓

後來查資料加上朋友健身心得,
改為平板支撐3分鐘,每一分鐘休息一下。
仰臥起坐40下,登山者+俄羅斯旋體+躺著腳踏車+幾個瘦肚運動,
大概也是20.30分。
有上網爬過一些資料,我想請教大家,因為自己的BMI是正常,
是否有氧運動對我沒什麼效,有氧似乎是要減重,而我是要減脂(減肚子肥肉),
是不是要重訓之類的?那重訓一定要去健身房嗎?
能在家裡做嗎?做這些核心運動可以嗎?
