加入健身房運動四年多了
一直都只是覺得要活就要動,沒有特別想要減肥或增加肌肉
因此都只是每週固定上兩到三堂trx團課,從來沒有做重訓或上教練課
2014.11月加入的時候量inbody 數據如下(身高167cm)
體重48.2
BMI 17.3
體脂肪15.4%
2016.12月
體重49.5
BMI 17.7
體脂肪15.2%
2018.12月
體重48.9
BMI 17.5
體脂肪13.8%
固定兩年量一次,數據都沒有什麼太大的變化
今年開始不小心迷上了空中運動,每週約上4堂左右的課程
飲食作息沒有太大變化
上週因為有活動所以又量了一次inbody
2019.03
體重46.7
BMI 16.6
體脂肪9.4%
這次數據跟三個月前量差了很多
本來我都一直秉持想吃什麼吃什麼
早餐只喝拿鐵兩三年了
中餐吃公司附近便當小吃之類
晚餐有空就自己煮,一定會有一鍋雞湯,主食麵類
本身就不愛吃油膩或太鹹的東西
喜歡吃原形食物,加少少調味
但體脂肪忽然掉了4.4% 有點擔心對身體會有什麼負面影響
想問問大家這樣我飲食或是平常該怎麼調整比較好
