事情是這樣的...
我超容易便秘的T.T
常常都4.5天沒大便 有的話也只有一點點
我很納悶 我三餐都有吃到蔬菜 水也喝不少
我朋友就說試試看吃水果
所以我就三餐飯後都會吃一些水果
(雖然感覺比較有便意但還是不太順的XD)
我大概早餐飯後吃兩顆柳丁或半顆葡萄柚
中餐一顆蘋果 晚餐一根香蕉 之類的
看家裡有什麼水果就三餐飯後各吃一份這樣
不知道會不會過量
還是說其實不需要到三餐飯後都吃?
順便想問哪些水果比較沒有熱量的負擔 又可以讓我想便便XD
