關於深蹲 - 健身

小弟開始鍛鍊大腿一個月下來,
發現每次只要做完深蹲的隔一天,
腰部的脊椎一彎腰就會痛Orz,
但是不會痛很久,
可能一兩天過後就沒事了,
是因為小弟姿勢不標準嗎?
小弟是兩手握啞鈴,手臂自然下垂,
然後做深蹲動作。
題外話:
深蹲真的要有很強大的意志力阿Orz
其他肌群的動作都不會做到想要哭,唯獨大腿....囧
