小弟我為了減少體脂肪增加肌肉線條
之前有做節食
但是發現脂肪是會變少
但是肌肉好像消得更快
基本上一周重訓三次
每天慢跑30分鐘
訓練量沒有改變
不知道怎樣減體脂肪
才不會減到肌肉
尤其是想減腹部的脂肪
