關於減脂效率 - 健身

去健身房大概都1.5hr左右
目前目標是減脂為優先但是都去健身房了都會習慣性重訓一下
爬了文發現有氧運動大概持續40分左右效果是很好的
也知道了有氧跟重訓分開做比較好
但是去健身房沒做重訓真的怪怪的
因為重訓先消耗肝糖---------------->然後跑步40min+伸展
(重訓是做些大肌群,偏向阻力高少组,目的在減脂中別讓肌肉量掉太多and提高基代)
這樣是ok的嗎
先重訓再有氧會比單純直接去有氧消耗的多嗎??
還是分開天做效果比較好呢??
還是要拿掉重訓單純有氧就好
真是搞糊塗了@@
