體脂率:20.2

最近一兩個月開始有在健身想開始做飲食的控制
小弟知道增肌減脂在於攝取比一天建議熱量的多或少
問題是目前脂肪集中在腹部,如果我要降低體脂肪和腹部的脂肪
那我一天要攝取的熱量要比建議量多或少
另一個問題
要如何去拿捏三餐的量和比例,例如早餐豆漿+水煮蛋+香蕉或吐司夾雞胸肉
我要怎麼去算要幾顆蛋或吐司要夾幾克的雞胸肉?是以能吃完能撐到下一餐就好嗎?還是要吃夠?
剛開始控制飲食有很多地方不了解,再麻煩各位
