關於用浮版游泳 - 健身

因為真的不太會游泳
所以最近都是用浮版然後腳打水 自由式的那種打水
但我是臉有在水裡 有換氣的那種!
大概是游(打水)1000m左右 時間大概是1小時
想了解如果是用浮版 也會有瘦身 塑身的效果嘛???
這樣的強度是不是不太夠??
但是如果是只有腳打水 有辦法讓速度變快一點嘛>"<
以及 如果維持這樣的方式 有什麼是我可以在游泳做到"手"部分的運動嘛??
我是因為有心理因素 不敢放掉浮版>"<
