關於瘦腰的側抬腿的動作 - 健身

想請問大家在做這個動作時腿能抬多高,我想要鍛鍊到腰間肉那塊。

以下為我個人感受…
1若是身體及腿處於同一平面(面對正面),腿能抬的高度其實不能很高,用的部位就偏腰
後方的肉。
2若是腿面偏往上,可抬的高度就可很高,就沒有特別感受到擠壓到那邊的肥肉@@

請問以上兩種有所謂對錯嗎?常常1做久就偏到2去了
