關於空腹或著餓肚子的脂肪代謝問題 - 健身

其實,我這篇主題應該算是益才對
我已經爬過精華區了
知道空腹做有氧運動如跑步等,會因為體內維持在一個低血糖的狀態
降低胰島素的阻力進而達到有效燃燒脂肪的效果。
可是,又看到一篇文章強調基礎代謝率的重要性
若人是處於飢餓的狀態會因為脂肪無法和糖類一同有效代謝
反而會瘦到肌肉增加體脂肪比率。
這.....兩個論點好像有點互相矛盾
若一個人在空腹的狀態下跑步,依照第二個論點,
假設持續的時間夠久,已經會餓肚子了
那這個人所做的有氧運動豈不是在消耗他的肌肉嗎?
抑或是,進行有氧運動的時候能量消耗的順位會改變?
另外,根據質量守恆定律
我想要重訓練肌肉,那我所應該攝取的熱量應該要超過基礎代謝率(還是我一整天運動
所消耗的熱量)才有可能,但是多攝取的熱量不會被轉換成脂肪儲存在體內嗎?
所以在進行有氧運動的人在同一天內進行重訓的話豈不是徒勞無功嗎?
問題有點繁瑣,希望大家看完後能為我解惑
