關於練二頭、三頭、背、跟肩膀 - 健身

小弟四五年前在國外有接觸過重訓約半年
主要會練胸跟腿,其他的部位就是偶爾練練
這個月重新加入重訓的行列
目前為止盡量一個禮拜五天去運動
我現在安排的是兩天練胸、兩天練腿、一天練二頭+三頭+肩膀+背
不知道大家對於這樣的安排有沒有什麼更好的意見?
因為我一直不確定要花多少時間投資在「二頭、三頭、肩膀跟背」
還是我挪兩個部位去某一天跟腿一起練會比較洽當?
如果要挪的話,哪兩個部位一起練比較適合?
還有想請教大家這四個部位,哪幾個部位大家會花比較多時間練?
因為像練背跟肩膀還有三頭的時間,不知道是不是錯覺,好像也有稍微練到二頭?
