想請教關於脈拍數問題
小弟最近想努力減肥連續慢跑了1個多星期
體脂由24.7%變成23.7,肌肉由55%---56%
脈拍數由66-----56
想請問脈拍數降這麼快會是正常嗎?
PS.我每天運動:
慢跑35-40分鐘---7公里左右
跑完步之後會做一些仰臥起坐和伏地挺身
