關於臥推瓶頸? - 健身

本小魯紙片人健身約一年,但中間因工作停擺了四個月左右
實際健身時間約八個月
去年身材171/52kg 體脂肪16%
最近一次量測 171/60 體脂肪18%
重訓有讓我多年不易胖的身材進步不少,至少胖到BMI現在是正常範圍
自己也都有爬文做功課,自認為訓練菜單訓練量足夠
一週約上健身房四天 剩下兩天 安排跑步跟籃球 然後每週一固定休息
但訓練到一個點之後,感覺進步幅度越來越小了
目前臥推部分,還無法推到自己的體重 最多就55kg 3~5下 (還要有人補)
深蹲的話是可以蹲到60kg 但還是很吃力
卡關好久了 一直無法往上
想請問各位巨巨 自己的體重算是一個瓶頸嗎? 慢慢練就會超過 還是我的菜單終究是有問題的?
