還是不太懂要怎樣預防
我都舉到酸 硬
只能半舉時也照樣舉好幾下
3~5回
就算肌肉很僵硬我也照樣繼續舉(我弟有在健身 他說還舉的起來就繼續舉)
結果今天看到這個橫紋肌溶解
那到底舉到肌肉僵硬還舉的起來的話 還要繼續舉嗎??
