因為朋友是賀寶芙的會員 在他幾次的邀請下 今天我找了另一位友人去參加講座
我本來只是想單純聽聽講座 然後跟裡面的教練聊天 聊聊我這陣子的減重過程
想當然爾教練們一定會介紹他們的代餐奶昔 今天本來是抱著不買任何產品的心態去
今天跟教練聊天時 我提到很多我在該版學到的觀念 教練也都認同
我去年10月84kg 目前76kg 主要靠慢跑 約1小時8公里 其他三餐都正常吃
體脂肪也降到22.23%左右 這陣子本來是靠毅力 但時間一久已成為習慣
早已深深喜愛上運動 這時教練是說我的方法很正確 佩服我的毅力 若是可以配合奶昔代餐
可以瘦更快 其實我四個月瘦7.8kg 效果已經很好 因此我完全不心動
反而是陪我去的朋友心動了 想要試用一罐10天份看看 我本來已經跟教練說我只會純運動
這時我朋友強力叫我一起試用 而且一罐還頗貴 12XX
然後在那邊試喝了一杯 最後因朋友勸買 我竟然帶回家...後悔中
他們的方法是代早晚餐 然後中餐800卡 當然我不可能這麼做 這樣一天根本吃不到基代
加上我還要運動 重訓 那麼做根本虐待自己
加上回來爬了不少文 真的後悔帶那罐回來
目前的方案是早餐喝一杯 加半碗稀飯加菜 晚餐一杯 加半碗飯加大量菜
當然不會10天都這樣 大概花2~3個禮拜解決那罐
買了貴鬆鬆的奶昔回來 若是當一般飲料($60)喝 這樣補充營養似乎太浪費
希望快點把這罐解決~然後恢復正常的三餐
雖說喝下去不久後很有飽足感 只是兩三小時後餓得很快
明天再勸勸我朋友 幸好他是忍不住飢餓的那種
在該版也潛水好一陣子了 期待下次PO文是減重成功經驗文~
