想請問跳繩減肥要怎麼跳才會瘦?
或是一天要跳幾下?
我看到很多都說跳30分鐘
但真的30分鐘都在跳嗎?
我試過一組200下
然後休息一下再跳
差不多3組我就覺得手痠了,這樣一天600下足夠嗎?且時間不到30分鐘
想請問大大們
建議如果要減肥,我這樣需要再怎麼調整?
