小弟原本身高170 體重108
最近幾個月靠著飲食和運動瘦下來,現在又來到停滯期,想說去康是美量一下體脂
結果跑出一些滿意和驚嚇的數據,有些店員有跟我說明,但我不是很理解,希望
版友能提供一些意見!
體重:86.6
BMI:30.3 (超級肥胖我知道...)
肌肉比率:34.6 (店員說算是正常,這部分我有點疑問,因為我根本沒有練,
都是持續做有氧而已)
體脂:23.4 (店員說很特別,代表我體重雖重,但整體看起來不肥,這部分其實
我也有點疑問,體脂這樣真的不算高嗎)
基礎代謝:1891 (店員說算是很不錯的數據,代表我平常都有在運動,數據越高,
越容易瘦下來)
身體年齡:45 (這部分完全嚇傻我了,那我減肥前不就6、70歲?店員說這代表
我體內環保不好,需要加強廢物的代謝)
內臟脂肪:14 (店員說實在太高,一般正常值是1~5,7以上就算偏高)
想請教版友們,店員的說明是否真的?若如此,我該加強些什麼?
