各位大大你們好, 我想請問一下有聽過一個專門針灸豐胸的張鳳琪醫師嗎?
因為前陣子認真減脂下來(有在重訓與有氧並進),
發現胸部變小最多,而且型態有點不好看,
因此朋友跟我推薦了這家針灸診所,
但今天去做完諮詢之後,發現他們的理念太奇怪了,
他主張女生不可以運動,因為運動會瘦脂肪,
並且說我全身鬆垮,連胸部臉部都是,是因為運動造成的,
說完還叫我捏我的肉,說他的很緊實沒運動也可以這樣,
(的確我體脂偏高,約25~26%, 肉也不緊實。
但我一直覺得身上的肉會抖動是因為體脂還不夠低啊啊啊)
他詢問我我的飲食,我跟他說我早上都吃豆漿麥片加地瓜,
有時吃三明治加豆漿或牛奶等等,
中午外食正常,晚餐清淡,但吃肉吃菜也吃澱粉,三餐間會有水果或堅果,
他聽了很生氣,說我的觀念全部都錯了,
然後說我不可以在運動了, 從現在開始每天早餐要吃一整個外面賣的漢堡,
中午吃一整份控肉便當, 晚餐吃一整碗滷肉飯,
連吃一個月把脂肪長回來,然後配合針灸,胸部一定會大,
並且強調女生不可以做運動,做了只會變得像我現在這樣子!?
一整個療程60000,針灸20次。
但在諮詢過程中陸陸續續進來快10個女生,
都是要做療程的人, 我越聽越覺得神奇,實在是太confuse 了啊啊啊啊啊啊啊!!
我離開後越想越不對, 雖然胸部小很多我很桑心,
但想請問他這樣的觀念是真的正確嗎???
而且這樣雖然短時間好像可以飆很大,但是久了真的不會再走山嗎?
我實在是太好奇了有沒有人知道這個醫生的詳細情況啊?
