關於酒的問題 - 減肥

姐姐我實在太愛酒
即使在減肥,也戒不了它
本來就愛喝,最近壓力實在有點大,更需要喝酒來幫忙舒壓
我的想法是,如果比如說晚餐就喝酒配點小菜(些許花生米,或魷魚絲,或水果,或起司)
其它就不吃了,每天這樣或兩天一次
然後白天保持少量多餐,每天斷續做個一小時有氧運動
酒的話會掌握份量,不會讓自己喝到爽,計劃如下:
若是喝啤酒的話大概是一瓶玻璃瓶,或是鋁罐那種一罐
若是紅白酒的話就是一小杯(約100~150cc)
若是sake的話就一小小杯(100cc以內)
小菜份量會拿捏好,一次一小盤(調味料盤那種大小)
晚上這樣吃喝熱量會太高嗎?會對減肥不利嗎?小菜是多餘的嗎?
就像我胃酸過高,我卻戒不掉會引起胃酸的茶跟咖啡一樣
要我戒酒實在不可能,雖然我現在在減肥
若我以上安排的小酌次數太高,那我該怎麼規劃讓我又能順利減肥又能享受酒精呢?
