想請問各位大大…
我今年23歲 是一個體脂36%的女生
一直以來都沒在運動
大概7月底加入了某健身房
然後8月因為一堂免費測體脂肪的體驗課然後就傻傻的簽了24堂的教練課Orz
說傻的原因是我還不太了解自己身體的狀況就簽了
然後上到現在一個月了
常常都是上完就頭暈然後吐
不然就是全身痛了好幾天連覺都睡不好
我開始有點害怕去上課,覺得心理壓力很大
原本是開心的去運動,現在卻有了反效果不太能持續下去…
我的目的是想要減脂
爬過文也知道了重訓+有氧的重要性
但想請問大大們
1.如果這樣不舒服是不是因為強度太強?
(我跟我的教練反應後他不太理我還是會要求我做某些訓練)
或是說我是不是應該換一個教練?
2.重訓一定要做到力竭才行嗎?
3.教練說重訓完必須再去做40分鐘有氧,這樣燃脂效果才好。但我幾乎每次都想吐不舒服
了哪還有力氣去做有氧…
是教練有問題還是我有問題…?
