關於重訓的問題 - 健身

身高158,目前 55kg
這半年以來大概每星期2~3次的有氧運動40分鐘
從一開始的快走到現在是慢跑
期間沒有作過重量訓練
因為下半身比較肥胖
身體比例看起來有點怪
既然沒有局部瘦身這件事
是否可以重量訓練只練上半身呢?
這樣是否會讓上下比例比較好?
打算一星期有氧運動2次, 重量訓練一次
重訓針對上半身, 因為一次也不夠多時間練全身
請問這樣可行嗎 謝謝
