這個訓練法似乎跟大重量低次數的理念有點不符 @@?
文章中有提到:
"每個練習用相同的重量練10組,每組10次,重量20RM的重量。大約為1RM重量的60%"
"組距為90~120秒,動作訓練時間60秒。"
小弟知道每個訓練方法都有各自的理念說法,
只是想知道有沒有大大是長時間用這種方法是訓練的呢?
究竟該用大重量低次數還是這篇訓練法?
可能會有大大說兩種方法都試幾個月就知道啦XD
可是小弟還是比較渴望比較有效的方法,
勞請各位大大解答了。

經過思考之後,還是決定開始有氧運動的訓練!
畢竟也可以順便增強心肺功能跟體力,何樂不為呢XD?
每週大約3~4天,慢跑4~5KM,時間大約三十分鐘。
想問的是,會不會因為強度不夠強,結果有氧運動也變成跑心酸的囧~~?
