我現在都是臥推50公斤
我一次都推10下-12下
但漸漸感覺已經不是很吃力了
現在有個問題是我這邊的器材要加重的話一次就要加10公斤(兩邊各五公斤)
而60公斤的話我就只能推個5下-6下
因為身邊沒有人可以幫我護槓
每每想再推一下時總是會怕怕的
所以想請問 我是繼續推我的50公斤呢
還是推60公斤
